From father and son team Antony and Sam Haase comes SPLASH – an innovative hand soap that helps reduce plastic waste, has a lower carbon footprint and saves money.
The brand’s plastic-free Hand Soap Tablets are designed to be kind to skin and the planet with zero plastic-waste, with each dissolvable tablet making 250ml of hand soap to cleanse and moisturize hands. Clinically proven and lab tested, the all-natural, vegan-friendly soap contains natural surfactants and is delicately scented with either Tropical Coconut or uplifting Juicy Orange.
The SPLASH Soap Dispenser is designed to last a lifetime. It is made from recycled materials and features a non-slip base making it safe and sturdy on any surface. It has a specially designed foam-creating pump which is guaranteed for life, so if it breaks, customers will get a replacement free of charge.
To make up a batch of foaming hand soap, just fill the dispenser with warm tap water, drop in the hand soap tablet and ‘watch the magic fizz’.
The Starter Pack contains one 250ml refillable foaming soap dispenser and one plastic-free, foaming hand soap tablet in either fragrance, and replacement tablets can be bought in packs of one, three or five.
Commenting on the launch, co-founder Sam Haase says: “We were frustrated and disappointed at the lack of solutions to single use plastic in personal care. Personal care is ready for change, it needs change. It is estimated that some 20% to 40% of all plastic waste comes from personal care products.
“But at the same time, we didn’t want to compromise on quality, so it was important to us to use vegan ingredients, that are cruelty-free and natural.”
