From April to September, organic products will take center stage in the Barcelona Metro. This will be achieved through a series of informative panels that will highlight the benefits of organic food for public transport users as they move through the stairways connecting the lobby and platform of Plaça Catalunya station (Line 1 of the Barcelona Metro).
The aim of this campaign is to raise public awareness about food choices. Using a disruptive tone and eye-catching aesthetics, it delivers powerful messages designed to create a significant impact on metro users, encouraging them to reflect on their consumption habits. The campaign will also extend to other channels, such as the press and social media, where various related actions will be showcased.
A clear message: organic food is the only one made with lots of love and zero tricks.
The first phase of this campaign will take place from April to June, focusing on three thematic pillars, all culminating in the message “Choose Bio” (“Elige Bio”). Each theme highlights a key pillar of organic production and its positive impact on both our health and the environment.
The first phase, launching on April 1, will focus on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), emphasizing the importance of consuming GMO-free foods and underscoring the purity and authenticity of organic products.

In May, the message “Fewer Additives. More Health” will emphasize the natural quality of organic foods. Complying with strict EU Organic Regulations, these products are grown and produced without preservatives, artificial colorants, flavour enhancers, hydrogenated fats, or other artificial additives—reminding consumers that a more natural diet translates to better health.
June will highlight the positive impact of organic food on both the environment and our health. Through the message “No Pesticides or Chemical Fertilizers,” the panels will reinforce the importance of adopting healthy habits and position organic foods as a fundamental choice.
