Natural Trade Brokers launches real-time sale reporting for clients

Natural Trade Brokers (NTB) has unveiled an innovative real-time sales reporting system, developed in collaboration with Salesforce, to provide clients with up-to-the-minute sales data.

The Salesforce Real-Time Sales Reporting system will allow selected clients to monitor daily sales in a cloud-based environment, offering instant insights into performance across the UK and Ireland’s independent health retail sector.

Tom Moses, NTB Managing Director says, ‘Our clients have found an increasing need to be able to be kept up to date with daily sales reporting either for their own information or for when sharing with other departments within their organisation. This new service allows us to provide them with up to the minute information rather than waiting for end of month reporting.’

‘We firmly believe that this is a valuable addition to the brokerage services that we already offer, for clients that need to have immediate access to sales information,’ he adds.

The new reporting system will complement NTB’s existing product audit services and in-store ‘product watch’ reporting. While the real-time sales reporting is exclusive to current clients, product audit services may be available to prospective clients upon review.
