Coenzyme Q10, also known as Ubiquinone or simply Q10, is a vitamin like substance that is synthesised in our body, but also occurs in food and can be taken as a nutritional supplement.

Other natural plant-based ingredients are then used to keep the Q10 dissolved in the oily solution but allow it to be released as the capsule dissolves in the body.
