Clearspring has added four new flavours – Peach, Raspberry, Matcha & Lemon and Ginger, Turmeric & Black Pepper – to its Organic Apple Cider Vinegar line.

Made in Italy by an artisan producer using fresh cold-pressed organic apple juice, the vinegars are naturally fermented, unpasteurized (raw), unfiltered, and contain the mother culture which creates a cloudy appearance and sediment.

Clearspring has added natural flavours, aromas and juices to enhance the sweet, acidic flavour of the apple cider vinegar and provide a fresh, fruity and fragrant flavour addition for everyday cooking and drinking.

Clearspring Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother Matcha & Lemon is made using the brand’s own Japanese Organic Matcha to give a vibrant green colour and slightly sweet, earthy and smooth flavour. It is recommended as a soothing morning drink when mixed with warm water and apple juice.

Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother Peach is fresh and fruity with mellow soft acidity. Added to sparkling water like a cordial it makes a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up.

Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother Raspberry is sweet and tart, and great added to water or juices for a refreshing daily drink, or added to vegetables and sauces for a light vinaigrette dressing.

Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother Ginger, Turmeric & Black Pepper is savoury, warming and spicy, great for cooking, dressings, dips and sauces for an added kick.
