Rayner’s has introduced four new organic, raw, unfiltered and cold-pressed artisanal oils to join its six-strong range of Soil Association-certified organic vinegars.

The Organic Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is unfiltered to ensure the oil is as fresh as possible, retaining more nutrients and giving a better, more intense, fresh fruity flavour.

Organic Cold-Pressed Unrefined Rapeseed Oil has a nutty taste and, says the brand, the lowest saturated fat content of any oil. A good source of vitamin E, high in the mono-saturated fat omega-9 it is claimed to have ten times the omega-3 content of olive oil.

The new Organic Cold-Pressed Hemp Seed Oil has a delicate fresh hemp seed flavour and is high in omega-6.

Finally, Rayner’s Organic Cold-Pressed Unfiltered Flax Seed Oil is gently cold-pressed in small batches in West Sussex and unfiltered to maximize nutrients and give a smooth, nutty and buttery flavour. It has, says the company, a naturally higher content of omega-3 (up to 34%) compared to other brands.
