Love Hemp Water, claimed to be the first functional water in Europe to contain natural CBD hemp extract, has landed in the UK.
The spring water, which recently featured on ITV’s Gone To Pot: American Road Trip, is infused with cannabidiol hemp droplets.
The new product has been created by London entrepreneurs Tom Rowland and Tony Calamita, who own CBD Oils UK, supplier of hemp extract products including lip balms, liquid drops, oils and body salves.
Commenting on the launch, Calamita says: “The cannabis oil market has exploded in the last 12 months and we spotted a gap in the market for a mainstream retail hemp water product.
“There’s a growing understanding of the wide ranging benefits of cannabis oil to health and wellbeing. Consumption of CBD oil has been found to ease anxiety symptoms besides having several health benefits, as revealed by the recent World Health Organisation report.
“Each 500ml bottle of Love Hemp contains 2mg of natural hemp extract. It tastes great and is naturally hydrating. We’re proud to be starting a hemp water revolution.”
The new brand offers 500ml single bottles, 500ml multipacks, 1.5 litre single bottles and 1.5 litre multipacks.
The product’s initial listing is with Ocado but it will be available to independents.
