LillyPuds unwraps a vegan Christmas treat

Artisan pudding maker, LillyPuds, has created a new Vegan Christmas Pudding, developed in response to the growing demand for vegan-friendly alternatives.

Described as light, delicious and packed full of the finest, hand-selected ingredients, the pudding is also gluten-free.

It is created using carefully selected vine fruits, Chockwork Orange Beer, ginger, ground almonds, apple and spices, which are mixed in small batches and then traditionally steamed.

The new product is available as a 454g pudding.
