Honeybuns adds to gluten-free treats

Honeybuns has expanded its Classic Range of gluten-free cakes with the launch of two new additions: Peanut Blondie and Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Cake.

Peanut Blondie is a rich, sweet cake baked with roasted peanuts, milk and white chocolate and topped with salted caramel pieces. It has an ambient shelf life of 16 days.

Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Cake is described as an innovative and moreish mix of hazelnut, cranberries and dark Belgian chocolate. Rich, moist and light, the brand says it is Honeybuns’ most sponge-like cake. The cake is packed with cranberries and 71% dark chocolate pieces, and finished with a drizzle of molten chocolate and a sprinkling of freeze dried cranberry pieces. It has an ambient shelf life of ten days.

Both products are gluten-free and available in narrow 56g individual slices as well as 950g tray bakes.
