Stakeholders in the free-from sector are invited to join the audience of a trade-only talk at The Allergy & Free From Show, 1-3 July, at ExCeL London.

Taking Stock – the UK’s Free From Market, chaired by Simon Wright, founder of OF+ Consulting, is a two-hour business talk taking place on day one of the event, which will aim to dissect how and why the free-from market has continued to thrive despite the pandemic and ‘the arrival of upstarts like plant-based’.

Wright (pictured) will be joined by panellists Rebecca Liddell, buyer, Co-op; Liam O’Doherty, Warburtons; Paddy Cronin, Nairns; and Alexander West, The Gluten Free Bakery. The session will take the form of an ‘any questions-style debate’ as the group discusses key issues within the free-from movement and addresses ‘the hard choices ahead’.

“Whether you are a veteran of the sector or a start-up just getting going, you will find much here to entertain and inform. Audience participation expected and encouraged,” comments Wright.
