Vegan fast food restaurant Flower Burger has created a limited edition Rainbow Burger to celebrate Pride, with a portion of the proceeds going to two charities – Galop and Mind Out – that provide essential work for the LGBT+ communities.

The Rainbow Burger is made up of a red and violet bun, mushroom patty, smoky sauce, spiralized carrots, Flower cheddar, tomatoes, gentilina lettuce and crunchy onions. The burger will be available until Saturday 6 August to coincide with the Brighton Pride.

Based in London, Galop is a service that specializes in supporting LGBTQ victims and survivors of abuse and violence; Mind Out in Brighton works to improve the mental health and wellbeing of LGBTQ communities and make mental health a community concern.

Flower Burger recently unveiled a new menu dreamed up by the company’s creator Matteo Toto which saw three new burgers – Avo Truffle, Jungle BBQ and LadyBug – along with vegan milkshakes in Crunchy Oreo, Strawberry and Passionfruit, a new side dish of Crunchy Aubergines and a coconut mousse, dark chocolate and a crumble dessert called Coco-nuts.
