Coconut brand Cocofina has introduced a cutting-edge new coconut product: a make-your-own dairy-free yoghurt.

The Coconut Yogurt Alternative comes in a 75g powder sachet and consumers simply add hot water and a choice of their own probiotic and leave overnight.

Cocofina says it took three years of research and testing to perfect the formula and give a satisfying yogurt with a smooth, light texture, rich taste and subtle coconut aroma.

The innovation solves the problem of having out-of-date yogurt in the fridge, says the brand.

The Soil Association-certified organic Cocofina Coconut Yogurt can be used for smoothies, dairy-free lassi or just on its own.
