Coco Fuzion 100 puts the fizz in coconut water

C7 Brands has launched Coco Fuzion 100, said to be the UK’s first all-natural carbonated coconut water.

“Coconut water is nature’s sports drink, and we want to make its myriad benefits available to all,” says CEO of C7 Brands, Stephen Barton. “Consumer demand for coconut water has boomed mainly driven by an AB1 female demographic. Our flavour profile, pack size and investment plans are geared to broaden that audience across all demographics, especially given the opportunity created by the impending sugar tax and coconut water’s unique health benefits.”

Coco Fuzion 100 is available in 250ml cans and 330ml slim bottles and is positioned as a natural alternative to fizzy drinks. Available in Mango, Lime, Raspberry and Original flavour, the drinks contain naturally occurring, highly-hydrating electrolytes, and have no added sugar or preservatives.

Produced on Coconut Island just north of the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, Coco Fuzion 100 is made using tender, young, organic coconuts, which are picked, processed and bottled on the same day.

The brand is investing heavily in marketing, and has signed up over 20 leading athletes as brand ambassadors, including England rugby star Chris Robshaw, boxer Chris Eubank Jr and former British and Irish Lions coach and rugby legend Sir Ian McGeechan.
