Vegan and organic brand Bonsan has added four new products to its Kofu (kombucha-cultured tofu) line of meat alternatives.

Bonsan’s Organic Kofu Classic – described as being firm in texture and subtle in flavour – has been left plain so that consumers can add their own flavours, says the brand. It can be used in a range of different dishes such as curries, stir-fries, tacos and enchiladas.

Kofu Ragu Chunks are pieces of Kofu coated in an aromatic spiced tomato marinade, which can be added to stews, Bolognese, fajitas and tacos.

Bonsan has launched also launched two new healthy and sustainably sourced fish-free products: Fishfree Kofu Fillet and Fish Free Kofu Tofuna, a tuna alternative.
