Holistic pet food company, Lily’s Kitchen, has developed a premium organic treat especially for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.

The partnership is a first for both Lily’s Kitchen and Battersea marking a pioneering move to encourage consumers to support the charity across a number of channels.

The new cheese and apple treats have been named ‘Forget Me Nots’ (RRP £2.95) to encourage people who are thinking of getting a pet to remember  the dogs who are currently in the charity’s care patiently waiting for a new home. A donation of 10p from every sale goes directly to Battersea.

Lily’s Kitchen founder Henrietta Morrison says, “We are delighted to be working with Battersea Dogs & Cats Home on this project and very much look forward to letting dog owners know about the incredible health benefits of our treats whilst at the same time raising awareness, and funds, for the Home.”
