Natural and organic food brand Tree of Life has created an eight-strong range of organic Raw Cacao Chocolate bars.
Made with raw cacao powder, cacao butter and coconut blossom sugar, the bars contain up to 73% cacao and are available in: Pure, Raspberry, Coconut, Strawberry, Hemp Seeds, Hazelnut, Chai Spice and Black Pepper.
Trading directly with a single-source farm, and paying a fair price for the beans, Tree of Life uses criolla cacao beans grown in Peru. The beans are cultivated using traditional methods, harvested by hand and naturally dried at temperatures below 42°C to retain the intense flavour and valuable nutrients.
Using only vegan ingredients, Tree of Life chocolate is free from dairy as well as gluten, refined sugars and additives, and is certified organic. The bars are hand-finished with real pieces of fruits, nuts, seeds and spices.
The vibrant packaging is designed to make ‘a bold statement on-shelf’ and the shelf-ready trays make merchandising easy. In addition, the packaging is environmentally responsible with the wraps being home compostable and the cartons fully recyclable.
