Following its inaugural run in 2018, NPN’s 30 under 30 initiative returns for 2019, with nominations now open to the industry.
Designed to recognize and celebrate the natural and organic industry’s up-and-coming talent, the 30 under 30 list will feature individuals who have been voted for by their peers. Whether brand reps, start-up owners, retailers, wholesalers, PRs or nutritionists, the intention is to throw a spotlight on the next generation of professionals driving the sector forward with their own unique approaches.
Speaking about this year’s finalists, Dominic Roberjot, publisher of NPN, comments: “The 30 under 30 created such a buzz amongst the industry. We were truly staggered by the wide-ranging experience and incredible achievements of this year’s nominees. Enquiries for next year started the moment we featured the final 30 in the magazine so 2019 promises to be even better!”
It helped me to reflect on the progress and appreciate more where I am today
Yelena Serebryakova, founder of Lena Wild and a finalist in 2018, comments on the return of the 30 under 30: “Thank you for launching this incredible initiative, it helped me to reflect on the progress and appreciate more where I am today. Being a young entrepreneur can be a very difficult path, sometimes even lonely. Having recognition brightens up the journey and fills you up with motivation to carry on. I will always encourage people to be supportive, and ‘30 under 30’ is a great way to show young colleagues your appreciation.”
Votes can now be cast using the below form, with nominations open until Friday 1 February. A special networking event will be held at Natural & Organic Products Europe (7-8 April 2019 at ExCel London) with each finalist due to be profiled in the May issue of NPN.
