Retailers Paul West from Eat Well in Belfast and Jackie Johnson from Jacksons of Saintfield recently joined Pharma Nord managing director Bent Henriksen on a climb to the summit of Slieve Donard, the highest mountain in Northern Ireland.
The climb was led by renowned adventurer Noel Hanna.
77-year-old Henriksen, who climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2014, commented: “Staying active is extremely important as we age and I strongly believe that the right nutrition can help. It was great to be joined by Paul and Jackie Johnson and it was a fantastic achievement to reach the 2,790ft summit.”
