In the first in what will be a six-strong homeopathic range, Weleda has launched a Cold Relief Spray to combat cold and flu symptoms, containing 6x potencies of Allium cepa, Drosera, and Gelsemium.
Allium cepa tincture is made from the fresh onion bulb grown biodynamically in Weleda’s Derbyshire herb gardens. It is effective in relieving streaming eyes and nose.
Drosera is a carnivorous plant, which is wild-harvested in Finland and is commonly prescribed for chesty coughs and hoarseness.
Gelsemium or yellow jasmine is traditionally used to relieve head colds, sneezing, catarrh, sore throats and aching limbs.
Suitable for children over 12, Cold Relief Spray is an ideal winter remedy for all the family and can easily be popped into a pocket or handbag when you feel the sniffles approaching.
