Pioneers in healthy, natural and delicious food and drink, Rude Health, today confirms the introduction of a new Chilled Soya drink.
The latest launch is the first fortified Soya drink of its kind with a completely clean deck and will sit alongside the rest of the brand’s chilled range; Oat, Almond and Coconut. Made using just four ingredients; Spring water, soya beans, calcium carbonate and sea salt, the new drink will be rolling out nationwide from February (RRP: £2.30/ 1Litre). Strong early listings are already confirmed with Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tesco.
Building on the successes of the rest of the Rude Health drink range, the new Chilled Soya Drink with added Calcium is made using high-quality, sustainably sourced soya beans. Fortified with calcium for added nutritional benefits, the product boasts a clean and creamy texture. A great stepping stone for traditional milk drinkers looking to move to a plant based alternative, It has a similar flavour and nutritional value to cows milk. It also offers versatility, pairing perfectly with tea, coffee, smoothies, cereals and baking. As with the rest of the Rude Health range, which is focussed on great taste and simple kitchen cupboard ingredients, it’s non UPF and contains no artificial thickeners, additives or added sugar. It’s also gluten free and high in protein.
Sam Maguire, Head of Marketing said: “We have had an increasing number of requests from people to Rude Health to make a Soya Drink with calcium, so we decided to look into developing this drink to sit alongside our other calcium fortified drinks. There are a large number of people who choose Soya but currently there are no options that are ‘clean deck’ products fortified with calcium, so we set out to fill that gap!”
